We’ve dealt with copycats before. Unfortunately, recent ones go further by using our actual Bailey Brush name and presenting itself in a way that could understandably make shoppers think they’re buying our product.

They aren’t.

There is only one genuine Bailey Brush

The original Bailey Brush was created by Bailey Cat Co. after months of development, testing and refinement. We didn’t just pick a paw shape and send it to a factory. The shape, size, flexibility, silicone, tip design and overall construction were developed specifically to create the Bailey Brush we sell today.

The original Bailey Brush design is also protected by U.S. Design Patent D1,010,949 S, (finally issued January 9, 2024), as well as Canadian design protection in a patent as well. We also have a initial trademark process on our Bailey Brush product name, as well as years of being in the market in the United States, Canada and Globally online.

Imitation products have not been manufactured by us, tested by us or approved by us. We cannot verify their materials, quality, safety, performance or manufacturing standards. It's also really unethical for individuals to piggy back on the momentum of a popular brand like our Bailey Brush.
