配送ポリシー

 

We currently ship to most global addresses when possible. In North America we typically offer $3.00 flat rate shipping ($3.00 USD) for the United States and $3.00 CAD to select addresses within Canada. For a limited time we may test run promotional discounts including FREE SHIPPING within select locations in North America. Please note that FREE shipping will be 1 to 2 weeks delivery time.

For Global Shipping in select locations we offer flat rate shipping of $3.50 USD which is added at checkout and automatically converted to your countries dollar amount using our third party shipping provider. If you are having difficulties making a purchase or applying a discount when shipping options are selected please contact us and we can help.

Under regular conditions, free shipping is applied at checkout for more than 2 brushes to select locations. Coupon codes or ambassador discounts are currently only applicable for North American customers at this time.

We process your online order within 1–3 business days.

Shipping times usually are between 3–8 business days on orders over $50.00 CAD. Please be aware that customs, duties and taxes may be required upon package delivery and are the customers responsibility, however we will do our best to cover those costs when shipping the item on your behalf.

Order and shipping confirmations will be sent via email. If you have not received a shipping confirmation e-mail please check your junk or spam mail folder.

We are not responsible for lost or stolen packages. If your package was delievered but is missing and or stolen, please follow these steps:

1. Contact your last mile courier to file a claim.
2. Ask for a proof of delivery and a certificate of non-receipt. (without these two pieces we would be unable to help as we need proof to proceed.
3. If you recieve both of these documents you can contact us and we'll help you file a claim with the shipping service so they can claim responsibility.

If we don't have any of the above forms we are unable to resend any replacement shipments especially if the tracking says the package has been delievered.

PAYMENTS

We accept Visa, Mastercard payments through Stripe and Paypal payment methods.

Your state or provincial sales tax will be added at check out if applicable. Customers are expected to comply with current laws regarding purchases over the Internet and pay duties when applicable.

INSPECTION FOR DAMAGE, DEFECTS, SHORTAGES

Inspect your items immediately upon receipt. Damage to the item and defective merchandise claims must be reported within 7 days of receipt. Please email us via our contact page and include your order number, name on order and a photo of the issue if applicable. We can only address concerns if there is visible evidence. Unfortunately we cannot guarantee packaging will arrive in pristine condition due to possible mishandling during shipping – but we will pack orders as carefully as we can to minimize any packaging damage but cannot accept returns or replace items with damaged packaging. However, please contact us if you have any questions or concerns regarding packaging issues and we will be happy to assist you.
