Shipping Rates & Free Shipping

We currently ship to most global addresses where possible.

Shipping rates and free shipping promotions may vary by destination, order size, and delivery location. While we often offer free shipping in North America, the UK, and select international regions, additional charges may apply for remote, non-contiguous, or hard-to-reach locations.

Your exact shipping rate is always shown in your cart and at checkout before payment is completed.

Free shipping promotions may include longer delivery times.

Please double-check your shipping address before placing your order. Once an order is processed, we can’t guarantee changes can be made before it ships. We are not responsible for orders shipped to incorrectly entered addresses.

International Conflicts

Recently there have been international conflicts. Due to the impact of the conflict between Iran and Israel, logistics and delivery services in the Middle East have been severely disrupted. The following service updates are implemented for the affected routes:

  1. International Express (FEDEX/DHL/UPS): Temporary suspension of services to the following countries/regions: United Arab Emirates, Bahrain, Iran, Jordan, Kuwait, Lebanon, Pakistan, Qatar, Saudi Arabia, Israel, and Oman.

  2. Special / Economic Line Services: Services to Israel and the United Arab Emirates are suspended. Logistics and delivery services to other Middle Eastern countries have also been affected to varying degrees.

Shipments already in transit may experience delays in delivery and transit timelines due to flight cancellations and unstable local customs clearance and delivery services. The resumption time of normal services is to be determined.

Seasonal Shipping Delays (Chinese New Year)

Please note that order processing and shipping may be temporarily delayed during the Chinese New Year / Spring Festival period, typically between January and February each year.

During this time, our manufacturing and fulfillment partners may be closed, and shipments may not be dispatched between Feb 6th and Feb 21st.

Orders placed during this period will be processed and shipped as soon as operations resume. We appreciate your patience and understanding.

International & Special Shipping Locations

While we do our best to ship worldwide, we’re not always able to offer automatic checkout shipping to every destination due to carrier, customs, or regional delivery limitations.

If you’re located in a region where checkout does not allow you to complete your order, please feel free to contact us at sales@baileycatco.com and we’ll be happy to look into a custom shipping quote or available options for you.

We appreciate your understanding and will always do our best to help where we can.

Under regular conditions, FREE SHIPPING may be applied at checkout for more than 2 brushes to select locations. Coupon codes or ambassador/affiliate discounts are currently only applicable for North American customers at this time. (this may change, please contact us if you want to have yours applied).

We aim to process your online orders within 1–3 business days.

Shipping times usually are between 3–8 business days on orders over $50.00 CAD. Please be aware that customs, duties and taxes may be required upon package delivery and are the customers responsibility, however we will do our best to cover those costs when shipping the item on your behalf.

TARIFFS & IMPORT FEES

Due to ongoing changes in international trade regulations and tariffs, some orders — including U.S. orders — may be subject to additional import fees, duties, or delivery restrictions.

If unexpected charges apply to your order, we will contact you before shipping to confirm how you would like to proceed. You may choose to accept the additional costs or request a cancellation and refund.

We appreciate your understanding and will always do our best to minimize any impact on our customers.

Special Delivery Addresses

Some delivery locations may experience delays or restrictions, including commercial or industrial addresses, remote regions, secured-access buildings, and military bases.

At this time, we are unfortunately unable to ship to military bases (APO/FPO/DPO addresses).

Deliveries to commercial, industrial, or secured locations may require additional coordination or access approval. If a courier is unable to complete delivery due to access limitations, delays or loss may occur.

To help avoid issues, we recommend using a residential address whenever possible and ensuring someone is available to receive the parcel during delivery hours.

If your location requires special delivery arrangements, please contact us before placing your order and we’ll be happy to assist.

Hawaii Shipping Notice

We ship to most Hawaii postal codes beginning with 967 or 968. However, due to carrier restrictions, we are currently unable to deliver to the following ZIP codes:

If an order is placed to one of these ZIP codes, we will contact you to arrange an alternate shipping address or provide a full refund.

📦 Lost, Delayed, or Missing Packages

Once an order has been shipped and marked as delivered by the courier, responsibility for the package transfers to the carrier.

If your tracking shows that your order has been delivered but you have not received it, please follow these steps:

  1. Contact the courier directly using your tracking number to request a delivery investigation or proof of delivery.

  2. If required, request a delivery confirmation or non-receipt report.

  3. Once this documentation is available, please contact us and we will assist you in submitting a claim where possible.

While we are unable to guarantee replacements for packages marked as delivered, we will always do our best to support you in resolving delivery issues.

We strongly recommend shipping to a secure residential address whenever possible.

PAYMENTS

We accept Visa, Mastercard payments through Stripe and Paypal payment methods.

Your state or provincial sales tax will be added at check out if applicable. Customers are expected to comply with current laws regarding purchases over the Internet and pay duties when applicable.

INSPECTION FOR DAMAGE, DEFECTS, SHORTAGES

Inspect your items immediately upon receipt. Damage to the item and defective merchandise claims must be reported within 7 days of receipt. Please email us via our contact page and include your order number, name on order and a photo of the issue if applicable. We can only address concerns if there is visible evidence. Unfortunately we cannot guarantee packaging will arrive in pristine condition due to possible mishandling during shipping – but we will pack orders as carefully as we can to minimize any packaging damage but cannot accept returns or replace items with damaged packaging. However, please contact us if you have any questions or concerns regarding packaging issues and we will be happy to assist you.
